What I can do for you

I have spent a good part of my career working in health care. I've worked with people with severe mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, domestic violence survivors, and in hospice.

Ok, but what does this mean for you?

It means that I have learned how to communicate clearly, creatively,  quickly, and effectively with people from all walks of life in wildly varying situations.

Quite often, in health care, you don't have a lot of time to get the point across, or you have to be very creative in communicating. In my hospice work, I learned how to give clear, concise directions to family members caring for their loved ones. When I worked with severally mentally disabled, I had to come up with creative ways to communicate and build relationships with my clients. This is a skill I can translate directly into writing what you need. I can take a complex idea and make it simple and easy to understand.

This also means that I have a lot of experience listening to what people need and want

You don't spend a career helping people without developing some solid listening skills.  I will hear your ideas and concerns, and help you to develop the best plan for your project.
